Browsing for Items
You can browse for items on Lx Store using the product headings in the left-hand column. Once you have chosen product group it will appear in the main right hand area. If the product has any sub groups then they will be displayed at the top of the page.
Shopping Basket
Once you have chosen your item and selected any options that you require then enter the quantity you require into the box and click the 'add to basket' button. You will then be taken to your shopping basket where the products you have selected are displayed. On this page you can amend quantities, or even empty your basket completely. To select more items simply choose the products form the left-hand column.
Checkout
When you have finished shopping for your products and are happy with the list in your shopping basket you can proceed to the checkout. This is located under the shopping basket list. Select your method of payment either Credit Card online, Credit Card via fax or phone, Cheque or Account. Then select a delivery location either mainland UK or Northern Ireland / Offshore (if you are in the Channel Islands, we cannot process your order through LxStore, so please call 020 8254 4840).
Billing & Shipping
After you have selected your payment method, you will be directed to the page where you can fill in the forms relating to your billing and shipping details. If you are paying via account please ensure you have entered a purchase order number into the relevant field.
Payment
Once you have completed the billing and shipping forms and clicked the 'next' button you will arrive at the payment forms. These vary depending on the method of payment chosen:
Credit Card online (via SSL) - The page displayed will summarise your order including your order reference number which you can use to track your order. From here you must proceed to the Secure Pyament Server to complete your order.
Credit Card via Fax and Phone - The page displayed will summarise your order including your order reference number which you can use to track your order. The page will also display a phone/fax number for you to contact us to give us your Credit Card details.
Cheque - The page displayed will summarise your order including your order reference number which you can use to track your order. Please print out the payment page and fill in your details and post it along with your cheque to the address displayed.
